Technical description
The whole system is composed of a vessel, a control cabinet with a touch screen, and individual valve and pipeline support.
The vessel, accessories and accessories are designed to be easy to use, repair and maintain and meet the standard requirements through research and design.
The vessel and pipeline are made of stainless steel, ensuring high quality and long service life of the system.
The pipes are designed in the frame structure.
The vessel is drained by gravity.
The general pilot reactor can be flexibly configured according to the availability of laboratory space.

The vessel is installed on a round stainless steel pipe bracket.

P-According to the international cGMP requirements, the membrane of the valve in the loop is EPDM.
Control cabinet
The touchscreen system receives signals transmitted from various detection sensors, including temperature, agitation, pH, pO₂, Redox, antifoam/level, gas flow, pressure control, biomass, current, and voltage standard signals, among others. It features 30 analog and 20 digital input channels. It also provides 10 x Modbus connections for linking drives and control expansion units, with additional channel upgrades possible via the OPC protocol.
Data recording&process control
Each control loop is independent and adopts modular design for flexible operation. Users can modify parameters according to application requirements to fine tune the control strategy.
Each parameter can be separately monitored (measuring range, calibration), controlled (set value, upper and lower limits of alarm, rule regulation, signal output, PID control data, digital and analog signal output) and set for remote control.
The program can be edited for control (such as different temperatures, feeding steps, and oxygen supply).
