Control cabinet
BioTwin controller adopts a new PLC level touch screen design, and the detection sensor receives the signal transmission,
including 20 analog and 10 digital signal input channels such as temperature, stirring, pH, pO2, Redox, liquid level, gas flow,
pressure control, biomass, current and voltage standard signals. In addition, there are 12x analog signals, 24x digital signals
and, 32x Modbus for connecting drive and control expansion units, which can also be connected to monitoring software
through OPC protocol.

Data recording&process control
Each control loop is independent and adopts modular design for flexible operation. Users can modify parameters according
to application requirements to fine tune the control strategy.
Each parameter can be separately monitored (measuring range, calibration), controlled (set value, upper and lower limits
of alarm, rule regulation, signal output, PID control data, digital and analog signal output) and set for remote control.

Tubing Design
To ensure long-term operation under aseptic conditions, Techfors pipeline design has the following characteristics:
The piping process adopts no dead corner welding to ensure that it can still work under aseptic conditions after long-term use.
The valves in contact with the medium are diaphragm valves.
Two steam circuits, one for process control and the other for maintenance and repair. If necessary, two different quality steam
can be used for both circuits.
Two separate condensate drainage pipelines meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations on sewage treatment.
The inlet and outlet connectors are made of stainless steel and installed on the back of the bracket for later maintenance.
The design of an open stainless steel bracket and movable roller is convenient for movement, installation and maintenance.

Open water loop temperature control
Fully automatic cooling/heating/sterilization system.
Temperature control through feeding cold or chilled (automatic) water directly into the double jacket and heating through the feed of steam into a heat exchanger. Safety is ensured through the use of a safety valve that has been tested by a specialist manufacturer. Condensate leaves via steam traps and a separate line with a circulation system. Water entry into the exit gas cooler is via an in-line pressure regulator. Switching either on or off is controlled. Incl. automatic switchable between tap and chilled water

BOS control software
Different permissions meet the requirements of hierarchical management.
It can focus on the running projects in real time: it can be accessed through the connection between the LAN and the vessel and can be browsed by the client. It can be accessed remotely through Apps. A set of BOS software can realize the joint management of Biostream products.
